Making money isn't necessarily easy. If you don't have a job you are limited to casino, twitter, fantasy, written media, graphics, or podcasts. So why is it that podcasts take sooooo damn long to get graded. I get that they take longer to grade then other types of media but 4 podcasts have been sitting in the queue for almost two weeks. There are 168 hours in a week. 336 in 2 weeks. I think that is pretty unacceptable for getting podcasts graded. Considering a 5th got added to the queue who knows how long that will take. How can I expect to get paid out on something to buy my last tiers of equipment if I have to wait half a season to get paid. I get that things take time but a lot of us grind to make ends meet, so when we do something to make money I expect people that are being paid to do a job to get it done within a timely matter. If the grading team is in such dire straits then hire someone based on per pod pay to help. You can even call it the PPP program. If I do a podcast in the next couple days is it going to be graded before equipment is no longer able to be purchased? I just want to know a general timeline on when podcasts get graded because right now it doesn't seem like there is one.
