Whenever I am feeling down, I seek the help of a therapist. I have done it as long as I can remember. Sometimes I have good stretches, but when the bad times overtake my ability to function properly, my therapist is there to pick me up. Playing football can be a stress reliever, but at the same time it takes a toll on you, both physically and mentally. I can only control my emotions to a certain degree, and after that, I need professional help. My therapist helps me in many ways. She listens to my concerns and offers good advice, and provides me tips and tricks that help me cope with all of my stressors. Thoughts of my childhood often trigger strong feelings, and there are plenty of ways to function in your daily life while still struggling with the mental aspect of it. I realized early on that I couldn't do this on my own. It took a lot though to swallow my pride and ask for help. I thought I was weak for wanting help, but I eventually realized it is the exact opposite. People have told me it takes a strong man to want help, and I after going through all of this, I realize they are completely right. If you ever feel lost, reach out to someone for help.

In a world of curated social media mirages, we have fallen trap to the notion that we must create illusions of ourselves online which fit into society. Our truest selves are revealed when no one is looking. Our least authentic selves are designed and then presented online for the masses. Yet there is something liberating in authenticity. In revealing the flaws, removing the concealer, and showing ones true self to the masses, the presenter removes the scale from the masses and instead weighs themself in public, finds themself worthy of love, and then asks the viewers to share in this love. "A day in the life of Morpheus Czargyros" is a testament of self love. There is nothing hidden here. We will find Morpheus waking up to jazz music accompanied by the natural music of songbirds outdoors. Afraid of the impact of cellphone waves being near his head too often, he meditates in his bedroom before heading into the living room to retrieve his phone. From there, a quick review of international news, a scanning of text messages and emails, and then a fasted warm up work out. In order to win, one must start early and begin hard work with purpose. Thus concludes episode 1.
LaDamien Beck's day starts with a nice bowl of Reese's peanut butter cup cereal. Breakfast of champions. After his sugary treat to get him pumped for the day, he sets off for the gym where he puts in about 700 pushups, 700 squats, and nothing else. Normally, Beck wouldn't have much else to do in a day, but luckily for the film crew, it's gameday! On gamedays, Beck's day is much more full than others. After his workout and subsequent shower, he sets off for the practice facility to get some reps in with the luchas. After that, he will go back home and watch 3 episodes of Brooklyn 99 to get in the mood for some fun. A few hours before the game, he eats a big meal of carbs (pasta, bread, whatever he is feeling) to ensure he has the energy for the night game. Time to head off to the stadium and get taped up for the coming matchup. After the game, he will head to a happy bar if they win or head to a sad bar if they lose. Hopefully being a win, he will party to the wee hours and be a happy lucha come morning.

Saleem Spence's routine starts not unlike a character from American Psycho, with a lot of stomach crunches while only wearing corporate-sponsored underwear. Unlike the lead from American Psycho though, Spence does not have an overly complicated shower and self-care routine, simply using cheapo 5-in-1 shampoo and not bothering with a shave more than once a week.
Spence then gets a ride to the stadium (on home games), from his personal assistant, whos rocking an SUV with the dark window tint. Upon arriving at the Sarasota stadium, he does his traditional 10-minute handshake in the parking lot with his homie teammate Stumpy Jones, and then spends an hour catching passes in the dressing room from any Sarasota coach willing to throw them. Spence then gets dressed, has a (probably) mediocre game, and then after a win, he invites the team in for some South African-style barbecue, roasting some beef in a special sauce and serving it to the cool veteran teammates, while jokingly using the rookies as free labor in the kitchen. The night ends with Spence's neighbors yelling at him to turn down his stereo blaring the Black Panther soundtrack, and Spence is like "Turn it down? Wakanda bullshit are you saying?", followed by a big belly laugh and a mass high-five with the rest of his teammates. Then the show would go off the air with the cops being called, presumably. In the start of the series, Soulja begins showing around the locker room since he starts everyday there. The only problem with that was that he could only enunciate “Poyo” since he hasn’t freshened up on his English. So, they got a local translator to roughly guess what he was trying to show.
Soulja’s day consisted of eating 5 metric tons of food by inhaling everything in site. The local paramedics were on site as they remembered last time when his suction ability was too much to handle for the nearby practice facility and it got uprooted. Fortunately this time the foundation held! Once breakfast was complete, Soulja made some moves on the practice field showing his normal training regime: bloating up to cover the WRs and flying around the field (literally) for speed. He also practiced getting ints, also by his suck up ability. All in all, while entertaining the show hosts called it “unteachable” and “impossible for anyone else to learn” so they aired it but with a “DO NOT TRY AT HOME” statement plastered throughout. Soulja was quite pleased with this however as he gave out a happy “POYO” at the end! Afterwards, Soulja was then seen at the cafeteria preparing for a late lunch of a light 4 metric tons of food this time, to watch his weight.
Bill daily routine is pretty predictable. Being a part of the military for half of his life, Bill has gotten used to abiding by a strict schedule and ensures that he does everything he can to adhere to this schedule. Bill wakes up at 4:20am every morning to begin his day with a wake and bake session. Upon finishing the morning sesh, Bill begins his morning workout. He usually likes working out in his garage, naked, so I think that isn’t something the media is going to want to see. After the workout, Bill heads to the Army base until 1600 hours, at which point he head back to the alley and meets up with his neighbors. If it’s Bill’s turn to grab the beer, he will make a quick beer run on foot since he usually starts drinking the beer as soon as he buys it and cannot drink and drive. Once he heads back, Bill and his friends hang out in the alley until nighttime, at which point Bill will return to his house alone and think about his ex-wife, his sweet sweet Lenore. The media is welcome the record any part of Bill’s day, including the workout. However, I’m just assuming that isn’t something that the media is going to want to film. Anywho, that’s a day in the life of William Fontaine de La Tour Dauterive.
“My name is Dauterive comma Bill, I am also insane.”
