Well, Kansas City has a very good locker room. We always talk about how we always need to be on our toes. We wont win every game of the season, that's a very hard feat even some of the greatest teams in history couldn't even do. Emotionally, after a loss we always put it behind us and keep moving forward. As a captain of this coyotes team, I have to be able to speak up and get the boys ready for the next game. If we dwell on a past game, it will hurt us mentally because it's not like we can go back in time and change the outcome, we will just have to push forward and go right back at it in full force. Our GMs have also done a really good job of making sure players are never worn down after a game, and they did a great job drafting players who aren't undisciplined and won't take stupid penalties.

As the offensive captain of the Dallas Birdogs I take responsibility in keeping the offensive players disciplined at times. While the team and our lockeroom is full great guys who deal with losses in a optimistic manner, there is one guy who've i heard is troublesome and that's our RB Aiden Frost amd I couldnt disagree more. He's very active in the locker room and is just a great fucking guy. I judge people from my experiences with them not what I hear from others.

The most important thing for me to keep a disciplined lockeroom is to imploy a behavior policy for the whole team. This policy includes my expectations for players to arrive at the requested time for all training sessions , respect my team-mates and the opposition Theres also consequences if the terms of this policy are not met e.g. you may be required to apologise, you may receive a formal warning, you may be dropped, suspended or asked to leave the team.

We all know what anger is, and we’ve all felt it: whether as a fleeting annoyance or as full-fledged rage. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems on the football field, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. Mike Makmur has taken to offering simple relaxation strategies to help keep the hawks calm. Simple relaxation tools, such as deep breathing and relaxing imagery, can help calm down angry feelings. There are books and courses that can teach you relaxation techniques, and once you learn the techniques, you can call upon them in any situation. If you are involved in a relationship where both partners are hot-tempered, it might be a good idea for both of you to learn these techniques.
Some simple steps you can try:
Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm; breathing from your chest won’t relax you. Picture your breath coming up from your “gut.”Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as “relax,” “take it easy.” Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply.Use imagery; visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination.Nonstrenuous, slow yoga-like exercises can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer.
Practice these techniques daily. Learn to use them automatically when you’re in a tense situation.

What sort of strategies does Austin employ in order to keep me and my teammates emotionally and mechanically disciplined you ask? Well I won't lie to you, I am not really sure what they do for others, that would involve me paying attention to anyone other than myself so I can't really answer on it. For me the team certainly struggled you see I am so unbelievably cool that nothing really phases me, when i commit a penalty i do it in such style that everyone just loves it. The team tried a bunch of different tactics that they would ordinarily use for others and it did not work, so in the end they found the best way to keep me disciplined was with praise, you see I love it when people realise how amazing I am so when I do good the team praise me to high heaven and when I don't the praise the other wide receivers, I hate that, and it gets me going!

When the New Orleans Second Line occasionally lose the game, we blame it on the sim. Just kidding, we employ a variety of techniques that help us deal with losses. Immediately, the captains remind us that it us a week by week fight in the ISFL. We then go home and play some video games. Next week during practice, we go over everything that we did wrong the previous week, and how to mitigate our mistakes. Then, we review some film about our next week’s opponents and devise a gameplan on how to best attack them. 

On the practice field, we then go and run sample looks against our bot practice squad and try to hone in on our reps with walkthroughs and potential new plays. Then on the days before gameday, we try and get ourselves into the best conditioning possible to match what is physically needed from the sport. All of this leads to us being prepared for gameday.

On a personal level, one of the best ways to manage emotions and stress is through physical activity. Being a professional athlete, we must constantly train and be in the gym. This helps us work out some stresses and manage our emotions. My player has found this important for their mental health. Working out these anxieties so that it doesn’t affect their mental health too much. It’s not great when anxiety builds, on a personal and professional level. As a player, it can lead you to second guessing your decision making and that can complicate things. It’s important to be aware of what causes these stressors and treating it. It’s great that physical exercise can assist in helping with all these stresses and anxieties. It goes hand in hand with physical training we do weekly for workouts. Other workouts, mental, such as meditating, help a lot with focus and clearing thoughts. There are a lot of tools out there and it’s important for teams to come together and utilize them to the greatest effect.

I don't know what the hell you're talking about to be completely and totally honest. Johnson Lovehammer is a saint, a perfect saint in fact. He only makes mistakes on purpose to pretend to be a humble man in front of his more flawed teammates. Obviously, Johnson Lovehammer willingly presents himself as a flawed individual so that he can inspire his teammates with his immaculate work ethic when it comes to the penalties imposed on the teams in forms of disciplinary action. Now obviously Minnesota is one of the more hardcore places in the world; when you think tough - you think the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area and all of the teams that represent this rough and tumble town. Clearly the only disciplinary action suitable for such a climate are enhanced interrogation techniques like waterboarding, sleep deprivation, controlled fear, exposure to long bouts of loud music, etc, so on and so forth. Some might say the team would be completely spent and exhausted after such tactics, but not the Grey Ducks from Minnesota. The toughest of the tough.

Ever since Beniri T'Chawama joined the New Orleans Secondline, the coaching staff have noticed T'Chawama's routine of eating pancakes to keep himself physically and mentally in check after tough workout sessions and games. The team approached Beniri and asked if he could share this routine with the rest of the team as it is a great way for the team to calm down and relax after a strenuous game or training session. It is also a great motivator for players to be in the zone while they hit the weights or play hard on the field as they cannot wait until they get their post game pancakes made with Beniri T'Chawama's special pancake recipe. To make sure that the entire team remains motivated and enticed, the pancakes and meals are swapped up every so often following talks with T'Chawama to get a good feel of the team wants for the week. The entire team trust T'Chawama's food taste so it really is a great way to keep everyone emotionally and mechanically disciplined!

In addition to the fantasy football forfeit employed by the Tijuana Luchadores, Remi introduced a couple of extra concepts borrowed from his time training with sumo stables in Japan -- since he doesn't play fantasy football. The first is the service forfeit, where certain players have to cook for the rest of the team, and clean the team bathrooms. This is common in sumo stables as a regular thing, rather than a forfeit, but of course, professional football players exist in a very different environment to a traditional sumo stable. This has backfired a few times, though, since most of the team are not particularly skilled in the kitchen...

The other is modelled on the sumo tradition of sanban-geiko, a row of training matches with the same opponent, designed to test endurance. For the Luchadores, a player who falls foul of team rules on discipline has to run a gauntlet of various exercises against their teammates at the start of the next training session, with additional forfeits if they can't complete it.

Applying most of the extremely regimented aspects of sumo training to a football team would probably be detrimental overall, so this is where the comparison ends, but Remi is passionate about this, and has mentioned a willingness to train to become a coach once his career is over. With that in mind, it should probably come as no surprise that he has stated he would probably employ several sumo training techniques and disciplinary methods he learned in various heya with his players in such a case.

Respect among thieves is not something in real life. The outlaws have been employing a remarkable, ground breaking system the past few years to keep players and staff in check called the shocker. 
Essentially it’s an electric collar fitted under the shoulder pads, or even under a suit jacket , that can be remotely triggered to deliver a shock for anything from bad performances, to stupid penalties, to poor off field conduct.  
Some other teams and businesses have reportedly been asking about the shocker system. There are reports about big businesses such as Amazon being very interested in “employee behaviour control” after news of a few more new union drives cropped up. Starbucks is already allegedly using the system, but when asked their ceo said “why would we even need to use this, our employees are the happiest in the world after-all!
The shocker does have a few side effects such as burn marks on the skin where it’s connected, but maybe that can be written off as vampires
