Sure, let me introduce you to Demarcus Cole, a defensive tackle formerly of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Demarcus grew up in a military family and moved around frequently, making it difficult to establish a consistent football career. Despite these challenges, he continued to hone his skills and became a standout player in high school. After graduating, Demarcus received a scholarship to play at Wake Forest but suffered a serious injury during his freshman year that forced him to sit out the rest of the season. Determined to get back on the field, he worked tirelessly to rehab his injury during the offseason and was able to make a full recovery. Allowing him to retake a spot on the team. In his Sophomore year of College. Demarcus set the single season tackle record for the school at 206 tackles. Beating out Ed Stenz, who held the record at 203 since 1971. He also matched the single game sack record with 4 during a game against Army that went into overtime. His final sack caused a fumble which led to his team's victory. In his senior year, Demarcus caught the attention of DSFL scouts with his impressive speed and strength. His ability to shed blocks and break through the middle to stuff runs as a key factor in his potential future. Unfortunately due to his father passing away, Demarcus was unable to make the draft. Scouts were unsure if Demarcus would be able to fully commit to a career with his role model and best friend passing away. Demarcus now waits as a waiver pick up. Hoping to be selected by any team willing to give him a shot as a starting tackle. Though Demarcus isn’t set solely on the position of defensive tackle, he is hoping that he’d be able to stay in the spot most comfortable to him.
1. The Season 39 Ultimus and Ultimini have officially come to an end. Congratulations to the the Kansas City Coyotes and Yellowknife Wraiths for each winning their respective championships. How did each of the finalists in either the Ultimus or Ultimini arrive at the playoffs? Were there any teams that surprised or disappointed during the playoffs? Did the outcome of either championship game surprise you at all?
I am actually super excited to write about this one! I had really been watching the Yellowknife Wraiths all season long specifically because of their defense. As of week 11 in the regular season, somehow YKW had only allowed 113 points all season long. That put them at 10.27 points per game or on pace to allow only 164.36 points all season long. To put into mind what an incredibly stunning number this is, the lowest points allowed I could find in the 16 game era of the ISFL was 276 before this season. YKW was on pace to beat that by over 100. To make this even more wild, only two teams since the Arizona cheat teams back in S3 had a team allowed under 200 points in a season. 196 points in the 13 game era and 197 in the 14 game era and YKW was on pace to absolutely shatter this number. Despite having two more games than the 197 point team, they were looking to annihilate the record. Unfortunately for them after week 11 their defense came back to earth and we saw them give up 108 points in the last 5 games, almost matching their total from the previous 11. This made them look very vulnerable at a bad time. Despite that YKW still managed to put together a top three defensive performance in history and the absolute best in the 16 game era on the new sim by 65 points. Their 211 points allowed this season put them at 13.19 points per game allowed which is a better average than the 14 game era champions that allowed 14 points a game. The was a RECORD SETTING pace and it was super exciting to watch happen. They ranked first in almost every defensive category. Points, total yards allowed, rushing yards allowed were all first and they came second in passing yards allowed. It was truly a dominant performance. All this focus on their defense though wasn't the only reason YKW was set this season though. While not on the historic pace their defense put up, their offense also came to play this season. With 510 points scored this season, they fell only one point behind Arizona as the best scoring offense in the league. The did this with a pretty strong rushing attack that averaged at the third best in the league and an above average air attack that ranked 6. This allowed them to be second in total yards behind only Sarasota. All in all this brought them to an offense that was top three in the league and when you have a historic defense, top three in the league is all you need to steamroll your way through games. For this reason I absolutely knew YKW was going to end up winning the Ultimus. The sim may have tripped them up to end the season giving them a few games where both their defense and offense looked lackluster, but I fully expected them to rebound in the playoffs and finish out strong. I'd seen the sim do this before and I doubted YKW would be unique. See the tape. Not only did I pick YKW to run the playoff table, I said in week 11 in Colorado that they had this in the bag and we should look to the upcoming season. Sure enough, they entered the playoffs with two dominant performances and a title. One by their offense in the championship game against Chicago where they put up 48 points against a playoff team, beating them by 21 total. Then by their defense as they held what was widely considered the best offense in the league of Arizona to only six points. When this team needed them the most, their defense showed back up and proved why I was so fascinated with them for so long. This was a VERY special season for YKW, one that may never be replicated, and they earned this win. I don't always enjoy my time in this league, but when watching dominance of such magnitude that it boggles historical statistics you can't help but have fun.

Logjammed has a very sad backstory, at the ripe age of 7 years old he broke his tailbone at football practice, it knocked him out for the year and he decided that at the time he would never play football again. But his father, being a former DSFL player always wanted him to play again, but Logjammed wouldn’t budge. However at the age of 12, his father passed away and Logjammed decided to play again, he joined his middle school football team, but he was very small and sat the bench his last two years of middle school. However during the summer before 9th grade, he gained over 5 inches in height and 30 pounds in weight. He joined the High school football team, and still couldn’t decided on a position, he try out his dads old position at DE, and it worked out for him, his first year in high school he made the Varsity football team and posted 37 tackles, 11 sacks, and 9 TFLs on the year. He gained interested from one D2 school, but this wasn’t enough from him. His next two years were remarkable, posting a combine 118 tackles, 44 sacks, and 55 TFLs over those 2 years. He gained offers from big colleges, such as Alabama and OSU. But during his first game in his Senior year he tore his ACL, and all colleges but one decided to revoke his offers, that college being Boston College. He was hurt his first 2 years there, and his final year in college he played and started all 14 games and helped BC win a bowl game. He had 111 Tackles, 17 sacks, and 19 TFLs, this stat line sparked interest in multiple ISFL and DSFL teams, he is waiting for his draft day experience with great anticipation.
5 TPE Draft profile 300 words exactly I should be picked this draft for many reasons, I’m very active and have completed every AC so far. Also I’m one of the only DEs, so I could be one of the only guys a team wants. Another reason teams should pick me is that In the prospect bowl i I had 6 sacks in 8 games. and that’s without any spent TPE. Just imagine what I’ll be doing in a few years when I’m all maxed out. Im proj3xyed to be a bottom round pick and I don’t understand it, I will give a team a very good value for whenever I’m picked, even if I’m first overall, I’m just going to say this now, if a team doesn’t pick me they will regret it for years upon years, I will be the best player in this class and I know I will be 18, why should teams pick me 2.5 TPE https://discord.com/channels/36052533447...4242346036 Edit: made it look nicer 25. Task 1
The Kansas City Coyotes won the S39 Ultimini, it was the 3rd title in their history, and their second in a row. While it was a great team effort, it’s no doubt that having the greatest backup QB in the history of the sport played a part in their success this season. Mayhem may have seen limited action on the field, but his skills as a water boy and sideline hype man were second to none. Not to mention his impressive 12/17 passing in the regular season, totaling 176 yards and 1 passing TD with no INTs. Mayhem also went 1/1 passing in the Coyotes semifinal matchup against the Grey Ducks and an impressive 5/7 passing for 104 yards and 2 TDs in the title game against his personal nemesis the Norfolk Seawolves. Kansas City began their S39 journey on a high with wins over the London Royals on the road and Portland Pythons at home the following week. After notching two wins and outscoring opponents 59 to 37 in the first two matchups of the season, the Minnesota Grey Ducks brought the Coyotes back to earth, handing them a 31-14 defeat in Minnesota. Kansas City bounced back strong with a dominant victory over the Norfolk Seawolves in week 4, running away early and resulting in a 41-0 victory at home. The Yotes kept the momentum rolling into week 5 when they were victorious over the Bondi Beach Buccaneers 41-24 at home. Kansas City took to the road in weeks 6 and 7, first heading to Dallas where they would face defeat at the hands of the Birddogs, falling 24-17 in a game that saw the Coyotes rally fall short in the fourth quarter. The following week Kansas City righted the ship and put up an impressive offensive performance in a 45 to 10 dismantling of the Tijuana Luchadores, putting the team at a record of 5 wins and 2 losses at the midway point of the season. Week 8 saw the Coyotes hand the London Royals a 20 to 7 defeat, in what would be Mathias Mayhems first regular season action of his career. Mayhem came in to throw 1 pass, a 7 yard completion, that will go down in the history books, as the first pass that Mayhem ever threw. The excitement of that moment was clearly draining on the team, as the following week they fell 20 to 7 to the Portland Pythons, but Mayhem did come in to complete another pass in that game. Week 10 was a tightly contested matchup, but Kansas City pulled off a 17 to 15 victory, thanks to a last-minute Field Goal. Weeks 11 and 12 did not go the Yotes way, as they fell 34 to 10 and 27 to 22 to the Norfolk Seawolves and Bondi Beach Bucs respectively. As was the story of their season, Kansas City rallied and bounced back strong in their next two games, finishing up the regular season with a 45 to 27 victory at home over the Dallas Birddogs (with Mayhem going 3/3 passing for 82 yards and his first career Touchdown pass), and then a 36 to 23 victory at home against the Tijuana Luchadores in the regular season finale to head into the playoffs on a positive note. The Coyotes faced off against the Minnesota Grey Ducks in the semifinals, and despite trailing 21 to 17 late in the 4th quarter, were able to come out victorious thanks to Touchdown runs by Sherwin Blue Jr and Blibby Shpoopy in the final 5 minutes of the game, leading to a final score of 31 to 21. On the other side of the bracket the Seawolves held off the Birddogs for a 30 to 27 victory, setting the table for the S39 Ultimini Champion rematch between the Coyotes and Seawolves. The Coyotes got on the board first in the Championship thanks to a Field Goal by their bot kicker, but it was short lived as Norfolk returned the ensuing kickoff 99 yards to the house to take a 7 to 3 lead. The next three scores however would be for Kansas City, as they jumped out to a 24 to 7 lead midway through the 3rd quarter before Norfolk clawed their way back with two Touchdowns. With the score sitting at 31 to 20 in the final minute of the 3rd quarter, the Coyotes decided it was time to stop playing with their prey and it was time to eat. Kansas City scored the final 20 points of the game, finishing the Championship with a 44 to 20 victory, their second Ultimini in as many seasons, much to the chagrin of Norfolk. Not only was it a history game for the Coyotes, it was also the best game of Mayhem’s young career, coming off of the bench to complete 5/7 passing for 104 yards and 2 TD passes. Task 8 (300 words+): I would have to say that my expierence in the league in the last few weeks has been exceptional. Right off the bat, I was introduced to VERY friendly Discord mods, who essentially told me everything that I needed to know. But, there are also a bunch of Mods/GMs also lurking in our Prospect Bowl team chats, and were more than willing to jump in and engage with our chatting! So, I have actually started a realtionship with some of the rookie Mods! Also, meeting a bunch of players themselves in that Prospect Bowl who are all draft elgible has been amazing - a bunch of people who I now have a good realtionship with as we enter the S41 draft.
I should also note that since I enjoy doing lots of media (power rankings, Stock up - Stock down) I am in constant communication with other players getting feedback about guys to look out for, or guys to scout for my media pieces. There is also a ton of draft chatter, potentially harsh words, and mock drafts being posted - which have basically made the entire draft process extremely entertaining. I think thats what makes the expierence of this league so good, is the massive influx of new talent for this draft, it seems to be bigger than usual which has raised the bar for the competition, and created friends and rivals in the process. I have been satisfied with my player so far, he has played great in (nearly) all of the prospect games, so should live up the draft pedigree. I should add that there is tons of lead-up to the draft itself, lots of dialogue with GMs/Scouts/Others and it can defintely be a lot, but that does not make it bad! It's always a great time speaking with dozens of different teams, getting a sense of where they are at and what they are looking for. Can make the entire process very exciting! Task 15 (300+ Words): If I could create a team using any active players in the league, I would defintely go off the normal path and make an absolute group of high volume media guys and jokesters. Listen, I think if you ask this question to everyone in the league, 99% of people would go for the loaded team option. You know, the best QB, best HB, and just absolutely crush the compeition. But you know what? I admit I have never made it to the ISFL, but I have to imagine there is a level of ego with these players and that potentially offsets the dominance. But you know what would be hilarious and fun? I would create a team full of all the players that I have met through the draft process (which is a massive number since this rookie class is what, 11 rounds?) and put a team together. This draft class has tons of players who love media (myself included) and we could grab an elite K/P and an elite QB and just a bunch of vibes-only players (good or not). This would allow for an amazing locker room expierence, and in turn I would follow that up with a special podcast for that season with those group of guys. I think having a great locker room in some instances can even be more entertaining than winning the championship, and I think the bond that you would share with this made-up team would be immaculate. Any sim league turns into a different envionment when you enjoy, on a personal level, the guys that you play with, regardless of outcome. Now, I said I wanted an Elite QB and P/K for a reason, just so we dont lose 30-0 every game I have been in other sim leagues where this kind of thing happened naturally, and I would encourage players who have not had this expierence to give it a shot, you may just find yourself having more fun than when you did "Dominating the league".
Well it's that time of year again as we look back on season 39 and what it was and the playoff road for the eventual champions. First let’s congratulate the yellow knife race who took the championship this season overcoming the Arizona outlaws who seem to always make it there but just can’t seem to get the final game done before we get to that game let’s take a look at the playoffs.
Representing the asfc we have the number one seed Arizona outlaws you win 11-5 on the season the Austin copperheads finishing second also 11 and 5 on the season the New Orleans second line finishing third with a record of eight and eight and the San Jose saber cats finishing a seven to nine record but good enough to get the fourth spot in the playoffs. And the first game of the playoffs we have the 4th seed San Jose saber cats taking on the Arizona outlaws with the outlaws winning the game 21 to 9 behind the strong offensive attack with window sailor throwing for $299 yards and a touchdown and Danny Nedelko rushing for 88 yards...For San Jose the quarterback Owen Farrell only threw for 203 yards no touchdowns and one interception and the running game just could not get anything going with no running back having more than 40 yards rushing on the ground and zero touchdowns…on the defensive side of the ball Leonardo McDonald for Arizona had five tackles with a interception and Ioe torrent had nine tackles two tackles for loss for San Jose. The second matchup on this side of the conference we had a very good tight matchup in a Subway upset as the New Orleans second line overcome Arizona 22 to 21.. with elessar Jones throwing for $380 yards and a touchdown with PP poop eater senior leading the receiving corps with 154 yards and a touchdown.. for Austin Queen Elizabeth II through for $272 yards and a touchdown not much of a running attack at all but beeblebrox, had a good game receiving with 107 yards defensively Austin’s Joe smokes let all defenders with 13 tackles and a sack, ganyu glad the second line with nine tackles in one sack on the game overall extremely tight game with a one point difference to go to the asfc championship. Now for the left division we have the Yellowknife race finishing 13 and 3 for the best record in football with the Sarasota sailfish going 10 and 5 and one tie finish second the Chicago butchers finishing third with a record of 10 and 6 on the Colorado yeti finishing 9 and 6 for the 4th seed. In the first game of the playoffs we have somewhat of a blowout as the yellow knife thrash the yeti 45-21 with Adrian Saint Christmas the quarterback for the yellow knife throwing for 209 yards but four touchdowns while kumquat archipelago brushes for 151 yards and another two touchdowns the receiving leader for yellow knife was Calvin spiff who had 1100 yards on the season and an additional 101 yards in this game and a touchdown. For the yeti live laugh love through for $273 yards two touchdowns but had two interceptions while mister normally had 109 yards receiving in a touchdown.. defensively Grayson Yates for the yeti LED all defenders with 13 tackles while Anthony Stark had an interception and for the yellow knife Jack McPherson had eight tackles in a sack with a pass deflection and an interception as yellow knife moves on to the next round… The second matchup in this round on this side of the conference had another barn Burger with the Chicago butchers scoring 13 points in the fourth quarter to win 24-22 over Sarasota in a another upset. Tron Carter quarterback for Chicago had only $149 yards passing but had two touchdowns the butcher offense was led by lalunmuhammad zohri who had 140 yards rushing into touchdowns for Sarasota Carter night had 295 yards passing and two touchdowns with the majority of those going to sconnie mcsix… Moving head here quickly the rates took on the Chicago butchers in the left championship winning 48 to 27 and yet another shellacking led by Saint Christmas we had 297 yards passing three touchdowns with one defensive touchdown by McPherson who also had 11 tackles on the game Chicago would try to get something going with Tron Carter throwing for 334 yards but only one touchdown and not a whole lot else on either side of the ball as the defense just had no answer for the overwhelming offensive Juggernaut that he’s yellow knife.. Now on to the ultimus.. Yellowknife would continue their playoff dominance beaten down the Arizona outlaws in a relatively high scoring affair with a 17.4 quarter to go up 346 to win the game Saint Christmas again for touchdowns on 237 yards passing while sailor on the other side of the ball only had 297 yards and zero touchdowns with one interception defensively gray wolf for yellow and I’ve had 12 tackles two tackles for loss and two sacks while the frog had an interception…sorry for that breakdown again congratulations to the yellow knife race who finished the season strong as one of the most overwhelming offensive powerhouses this leak has ever seen in recent memory…. So I know I’ve been gone for quite a while from the league and my last create I gave up on as the wounds were still too fresh from what had happened in the league at that point. Haven taken enough of a step back I’m fully ready to get back to where I was prior and be a great earner and good resource overall. I bring a lot of knowledge on both the player side, but also on the game and gm side that I’m very well rounded. I think my layer will honestly be one of, if not the best of his draft class and will be a force for whoever takes him. Right now I know there’s a lot of doubt in me, heck a 10 round mock just dropped where I wasn’t even drafted. Doesn’t matter though draft me whenever and you’ll be happy and I’ll make you look very smart. 21 Honestly if there were a show centered around Forozka it would definitely have to be some kind of food show as he absolutely loves eating. It would probably have to be some kind of interesting, rare, and possibly gross types of food that you don’t normally see people eating or would be thought of as things to eat. You see he’s not really shy about any foods and loves spicy as well. I’m one of his favorite things is cow tongue and had one of the biggest hot sauce collections around so you know he’s into the unusual. I think with his personality and the different variety of things you could find from different cultures that you could definitely put together an interesting series to watch. Either they or you could just have him go around trying different hot sauces, peppers, etc snd even give a go at making his own and visit different hot sauce makers and pepper growers and what not. 26 If Forozka wasn’t playing professional football I think he would definitely be doing something to help out people in some way, what that would be exactly is a bit of an unknown as he hasn’t really needed to think about something like that, but helping people has always been of interest to him. There’s a good possibility it’d be something like a doctor or something in that realm, maybe a physician. Although another real possibility would be some kind of therapist or psychologist or something as he’s always been really insightful and a very good listener and offerer of advice in conversations. Outside of that though another area of interest to him is animals snd possibly becoming a vet would be very intriguing. I think being given the opportunity to be around animals like that day in snd day out and help them out may actually be the ideal fit and it would allow him to be with animals and also do the helping part as well 27 Well if wide receiver weren’t available to me I guess I’d have to go with quarterback and since I haven’t done any looking at that position and it’s archetypes at all or the league in general when it comes to these quarterbacks I’d have to say I’d be going with a scrambling quarterback. Why would I choose quarterback? Well as I’ve told most teams that I’ve talked to so far I chose wide receiver because I’ve played every defensive position and so now I’m working my way through the offensive ones and wide receiver was the next on the list. So if that weren’t an option it’d just move that needle to the next spot which is quarterback. Of course there’s also tight end, offensive line, and fullback I guess, but really none of those positions really excite me enough right now to want to play them and thus quarterback would realistically have been my only other option. |------------------------------------------|
