I think the idea of a scale is unnecessary in general but if you're going to do it for one you have to do the other. It's simple.
Totally agree. Take it from me, am I good at gfx? No. Do i at least give an effort for every piece I put out? Of course I do. Graders don't need a scale to be able to have different gradings and payouts of graphics. Idk how obvious it is for "non graphics" people, but it is very easy for me to tell what was made in paint, and what was made in photoshop. A reason I wanted to be a graphics grader.
