Introducing Roquefort Cotswald: a young up-n-comer born in Paris, France. His parents, international cheese dealers, moved to North Dakota from a young age in order to experience the cultural sensation of midwestern-American cheese. From a young age, he had a nose for the ball. A two-way player in the little leagues, Cotswald stood out amongst his peers as someone with quick feet and a good mind for defensive coverage.
Going into highschool he began to take his athletic career seriously, switching to a diet solely consisting of cheese and crème de la crème à la Edgar. Fueled by his lactose intolerance, he was launched onto the football field with a level of ferocity not yet seen before in small-town Cheeseville North Dakota. His sophomore campaign ended with an impressive 1200 yard receiving season on offense, while simultaneously racking up 9 PBUs and 3 interceptions on defense.
Once he began to attract college scout attention, he was pushed to focus more on his defensive playmaking and develop into a coverage corner. He ended his highschool career as a highly touted prospect within the state, and was more than happy to commit to play in the Fargodome for the NDSU Bison. His college career was solid, yet uneventful, as Roquefort failed to stand apart from other CBs within the FCS. Failing to attract any attention from the highest leagues, he now looks to play in the Prospect Bowl of the ISFL in an attempt to continue his career on the football field. Re-assessing his training, he has once again begun a solely cheese-fueled diet, and opposing CBs should be cautious to wash their feet thoroughly before the game, as Roquefort's nose is notoriously powerful, compensating for his tendencies to fall for head fakes.
Watch out ISFL, this mousey CB ain't afraid of you cats.
