With only two Wide Receivers currently in the Hall of Fame, I thought that it may be about time another one is added, despite being one of the more recently retired players. I believe that Xavier Flash should be considered for the Hall of Fame. Flash has 74 touchdowns in his combined DSFL and NSFL career while also adding 692 catches for 10,157 yards. This makes him one of the few elite wide receivers to be part of the 10,000 receiving yards club. However, I believe that his most impressive stat is that according to the statistics I am able to see, he did not record a single dropped pass in the last seven years of his career. Flash finished his career with one Ultimus Championship in Season 14 with the SaberCats and 2 Pro Bowl appearances. Although this might not seem super impressive, I also think it is important to list his accolades from the DSFL with 2 DSFL Ultimini Championships, 2 awards for DSFL WR of the Year, 1 DSFL MVP award, and was also the 1st overall pick in the DSFL draft. In conclusion, his accolades might not be the most impressive, but if you are selecting Hall of Fame inductees based upon their statistical output as well as their contributions to the game, there is no doubt that Xavier Flash should be included.
