There are only two Wide Receiver in the Hall of Fame, who played their entire career at this position. Bradley Westfield and Josh Garden. And they deserve to be in there. They are second and fourth in total receiving yards over their career. But what about the leading player in this category? Ever heard of Trey Willie? If not, take a look back in the beginnings of the league. Trey Willie played from 2017 - 2029 in the NSFL for three different teams. His first stint was with the Orange County Otters in 2017. Then he switched to the Baltimore Hawks to play there until 2026. Later, he joined the Arizona Outlaws for three seasons from 2027 until his career end in 2029.
Over the span of 13 seasons he racked up not less than 14,421 receiving yards which pulls him almost 1,000 yards in front of the legendary Bradley Westfield. While playing, he was able to score 118 receiving touchdowns, which puts him on top in that category all-time. He is only one of two players to get over 100 touchdowns. In the list of annual receiving touchdown leaders, Willie can be found 4 times in the top ten, finishing the seasons 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2025 with 13 or more touchdowns. In career catches, Willie is 3rd all-time. He doesn't appear in the top 10 of receptions in a season, which proves that he was a highly productive player throughout his entire career. He won the Wide Receiver of the Year award twice, in 2023 and 2025, and started his stint in the NSFL with Rookie of the Year and Offensive Rookie of the year in 2018. He wasn't only a player for regular season, he also produced in the post-season as his numbers show. He has 64 playoff catches and 9 playoff touchdowns.
Seeing the numbers he was able to put up throughout his career, there should be no doubt to put him into the Hall of Fame.
