Well as a member of the Chicago Butchers, I feel like I honestly shouldn't complain too much because of how well my team has played thus far. Sure, two of our games have come against the Baltimore Hawks and Philly Liberty, who aren't exactly known to be powerhouses this season. But we've also knocked off the defending champion Yellowknife Wraiths and the ever strong Sarasota Sailfish. As for my player, that's a bit more of a complicated issue. My player has not been playing up to his billing. As a 1k TPE cornerback, I was only recording tackles and maybe one pass defense through the first three games or so. However, I decided to make a change. I may be a 1k TPE cornerback, but so are my other two cornerback teammates - Tyler Oles Jr and Osiris Firestorm-Fjord. So I decided to go with the Slot Corner route. This was looking to be a bit of a mistake, so I decided to make the switch to Cover Cornerback instead. In my first or second game with this new play style, I recorded my first interception of the season. I hope that this keeps up so that I can have a career year! Even if my player doesn't perform well, if my Butchers continue on their impressive trajectory, I will remain happy with that!
