If I had full authority to choose the location of the Ultimus and Ultimini games, I would shamelessly choose my first home in this league, Tijuana.Tijuana hits multiple checkmarks that I think would make a great place to host the championship games. First and foremost, the weather makes it an ideal destination. Regardless of whether the Ultimus and Ultimini are held year round like in real life, or if we assume that they are actually held beginning of February like the real super bowl, Tijuana has a favorable climate year round. On average, the daily high for Tijuana is 80 degrees Fahrenheit at its peak, and stays as high as 66 degrees Fahrenheit during the coldest months, such as February. On top of that, despite the temperature dip Tijuana sees relatively little rain. The average is about 5 days and 2.1 inches of rain during its wettest month of the year. This gives a great chance for a sunny, temperate day. Ideal conditions for hosting the big game. On top of that, given the international nature of the league, Tijuana offers an exciting opportunity to celebrate Mexican heritage in the home stadium of the only Latin American team in the league, with endless options for halftime shows including mariachi bands, the Luchadores namesake in Lucha Libre, and really any other seasonal celebrations that may be going on around the time the championship is being held.
