Obviously on field success is an easy way to define success in the league. It is the final product that all the team building and earning feed into. Obviously it is incredible to see those efforts pay off when your team wins games, or even manages to win the championship. I imagine that is a truly special feeling. And it is quite nice to see your player doing well. Again, that is a clear indication that all your hard work and dedication that goes into earning consistently is paying off. But I think the way I see it is being successful in this league is about enjoying the experience. Only one team can win a championship and when it comes down to it we as individuals really have relatively little control over the actual sim results. Yes there are things we can do, like earning, but ultimately it comes down to sim doing what the sim does. So I think the success is enjoying the time you spend with a team and hopefully making the locker room environments more impactful for the others that you get to interact with on a day to day basis. While I haven’t wont a championship or any individual awards, I still consider my time in the league a success because I’ve made some wonderful friends and truly enjoy hanging out with everyone on the Yeti. And that’s a win in my book.
