This is an interesting topic to discusss as I get to the end of my career. My view on success have changed quite a bit since I first joined the league. Coming out of the S22 draft, I thought success was being a hall of famer. Being one of the best players out there. Looking at it now, I feel like it takes a lot of luck to make it to the hall, def out of your control. What success in this league is to me now, is just being a good teammate. Enjoying my team and doing what I can to help us win. It's been amazing to see how well the team has been ran the last few seasons. I really proud of the small part that I've played in that success. But even if you team is not playing well or rebuilding you can still have a successful career. I was a huge fan of the KC royals in the MLB. Some of my favorite players are the one's who played on the worst teams. Those players keep the spark alive and the culture going until the next wave of sucess and are really important to have on the team. The most important things is that you have fun and enjoy the league. Don't take it too seriously and you'll find your own way to be successful.
