I've come to find that there is very little you can do in regards to your player's success on the field, at least for most positions. Not all of us are blessed enough to be Tatsu Nakamura. So the only league awards that really "matter" are Most Dedicated Users, and GMotYs. Considering that I will probably not be recreating, my definition of success would be to get as much out of this one run as possible. One of my main goals is just going through as many locker rooms as possible as to meet as many people as possible. I mean, in terms of winning the Ultimus, what can you really do as a cornerback aside from just existing on a top-half team? Everyone knows Juno Hu is vying for a Hall of Fame career, so he's under a ton of pressure as he heads into his so-called "prime" years, especially given how short ISFL careers are. I think you have it right with "having fun with your team", though. The tough part is that everyone enjoys different things, so what you find fun might not be the case for others. I think the more you ended up enjoying your player's career is probably the best measure of success, cause if you're not having fun in the end, why are you doing this at all?
