Rookie Point Task: Part 1
Welcome to the International Simulation Football League! Being a first time sim league user can be daunting, so to make life a little easier, this point task was made exclusively for new members!In this Point Task, there are 6 different items for you to complete. Each item will reward you 2 TPE and 500K to your bank account (automatically deposited after your response is graded). If you are not sure how to complete any of these items, feel free to ask a Rookie Mentor or GM! If you have already completed any of the tasks, simply link that post in your reply.
VERY IMPORTANT: In order to get credit for this Rookie Point Task, you will make a reply in this thread and link your posts for each item in that reply. You need to link your EXACT POST on this thread for your items to be considered valid. For example, on Task 1, you need to use the link to your Activity Check, not the "Activity Check Page" thread link. The easiest way to do this is to right-click the number in the top right of your post and select “Copy Link Address.” Once your items have been graded by a member of our team, they will edit your response and tell you how much TPE to claim. DO NOT CLAIM ANY TPE FOR THIS ROOKIE POINT TASK BEFORE YOUR RESPONSE IS GRADED.
You don’t have to complete all the tasks at one time. You can do a couple, post a reply with those links, then come back another time to finish the items you didn’t get to before. If you do split it up in this way, make a new reply in this thread with the new items you’re completing (DO NOT edit your first reply to add new links)
Note: If there is TPE involved for the item you are doing (Activity Check, Free Training, Point Task) you can claim the TPE for those tasks AND claim the TPE for the Rookie Point Task (once graded), on your update page. (Example: You’ll get 2 TPE for doing your Activity Check and posting it on your Update Page AND you’ll get 2 more for posting it in your reply to this thread)
Only the current rookie class FIRST-GEN players (no recreates) are allowed to complete the Rookie Point Task.
The deadline to claim these tasks is the Week 1 ISFL stream immediately after your ISFL draft. Once you have completed ALL the Rookie Point Task Part 1 and it has been graded you can move on to Part 2!!

Item 1 - Complete an Activity Check
Activity Checks are able to be claimed once a week. They are a free 2 TPE simply for replying to that week's thread with your player name. It doesn't get any easier than that!
In order to claim your first Activity Check, navigate to the Activity Check Subforum, open the current week's thread, reply with your player's name, and link your reply here.

Item 2 - Claim your First Free Training
Each first-gen (non-recreate) rookie will begin their career with 1M in their bank account, specifically to pay for their first Weekly Training! Simply go to the BANK PORTAL, click on PLAYER PAGE and purchase the Tier 2 training (5 TPE option). A claim link will be created automatically for you to post here in your reply. If you accidentally purchase the lower tier, please contact a Rookie Mentor or member of our Bank team.

Item 3 - Create your first Update
In order to claim TPE, you need a place to put it! For this task, you’ll need to create your player’s first Update. To do so, go to your approved Player Page (either in the create a player section, your team's Roster section or the PROSPECT Subforum), click "Add reply" in the top right of the page and then add your claims for the Activity Check and Weekly Training you completed for Items #1 & 2! If you need help with claiming or updating in general, refer back to the Rookie Guide. If you still need some help, feel free to ping a Rookie Mentor on DISCORD! You may format your Updates however you like, but please try to capture all the relevant information (TPE Earned, TPE Spent, Banked TPE, etc.) SAMPLE UPDATE POST
YES! You do get to double dip on the TPE for both Items #1 & 2! You get the 2 TPE for completing those items as part of the the Rookie Point Task AND you get the TPE they provide normally when you link those claims to your Update!

Item 4 - Complete a Point Task
Point tasks are prompts that are given each week that can be replied to with either a graphical or written response. They offer a boost of 3 TPE for each one completed, once they have been graded. We also offer Weekly and Season Predictions, First Rounders, and Offseason tasks that are also eligible for this item.
To complete this item, go to the Point Task Subforum and complete one of the available tasks. Then link your post in your reply here.

Item 5 - Create a Media Post
A great way to earn money in this league is to write media or make league graphics. For this entry you can write an article in the Media Subforum (minimum 200 words), create a graphics entry in the Graphics Subforum or record a Podcast (min 15 minutes) in the Podcasts Subforum. Once you complete the option of your choice link your post in your reply here.

Item 6 - Request your Player Render
Each player will have graphics made for them, either for the draft stream, or by other individuals in the league. In order to do that, you’ll need a player render for those to be based on! Whether it’s a real football player, an anime character or literally just a hexagon, go to Player Likeness Thread and follow the instructions to request your player’s render! Post to say you've completed the form for credit, you will not need to link to a claim post for this task.
