The best part about being a pirate based team is without a doubt the ability to create pirate themed merchandise. While other teams are selling novelty footballs and helmet replicas, Bondi Beach would be selling toy swords and pirate hats. But that's just scratching the surface, as we'd also be able to sell model ships, toy cannons, entire playsets if we wanted to, really. And then instead of just using normal generic pirates, we could have figurines of the current players decked out in pirate gear. To me, it's a great way to not only appeal to children who love buying all sorts of knick-knacks around the things they like, but a great way to also give the adults some unique souvenirs from their time at the pro-shop. And at the end of the day, isn't that what a pro-shop is all about? Less of just a way to get normal team merchandise they could get anywhere else, but some truly unique items that no one else carries. That's what I think it should be, at least.
So it has become apparent that the team merch store for the Sarasota Sailfish is looking for some new designs for merch to sell to its fans and continue to promote its brand. Well, there is no better place to turn to than its own players for its inspiration, so that is why the Sarasota Sailfish have enlisted the help of Jackson Kingston to help them design some new merch that will appeal to its fans. This is a great idea, so my biggest suggestion would be for the creation of more alternate jerseys for the team to wear that the team can also sell in the team stores as jerseys. The team could experiment with different color designs for example using the alternate colors of the team, like maybe a predominantly white or green jersey would look great and it would be a change from the current designs that the team uses.
One piece of merch that I would have for the Minnesota greyducks is definitely having different types of throwback vintage jerseys, which is an I would love to see happen and feel like lots of fans would also love to. Being able to wear throwbacks of the original jerseys that were worn when the team first got created is always a beautiful thing to see, and the colours of the jerseys are usually way better and are more creative. They’re just something about vintage jerseys that makes them look great. Also, I would probably start selling toys like those rubber ducks that are the colour grey and have it where when you buy a duck. We will send half of the profits to go to an organization that helps ducks in Minnesota and or around the world. Not only do I think we should also start selling duck slippers for when its night time.
