8. With awards season upon us, make up an award for your player win for something not on the football field?
My player has always been known to be helpful within his community whenever possible. Not coming from a lot, and then growing a bit of fame and following, Monty Ward has created a brand for himself especially online via various social media platforms and other means that have really helped him become quite well off. Any time Monty see's some money that he's able to use for good, he does so. In his hometown, there are a lot of homeless people, especially veterans and those that have really fought to make our country what it was, and are in tough and very unfortunate situations. Each weekend that Monty is home, he volunteers all day to ensure they are clothed, fed and warm for the cool nights and ensuring that they are always taken care of. He spends his extra cash buying them warm meals, extra bedding, clothing and has even fronted a couple of them some hotel rooms to really have the luxury and leisure experience they deserve to have but unfortunately cannot afford. I'd like to believe that all of these accomplishments and milestones could eventually lead to come kind of community service award or honorary award for just putting himself out there, not like he "LOOKS" for recognition but should he be recognized for something, this is what he'd hopefully be recognized for. He's a kind hearted individual who always wants the best for others, especially while he's successful and comes from something rather than when he was young and really came from nothing. Back when Monty was young, he really had to fend for himself, his parents worked very long hours just to ensure they had a roof over their head, and food on the table, but luxuries and leisures never came easy to Monty. His friends parents actually were the one's that helped him get into football as his parents couldn't afford the costs of extracurricular activities and they ensured that he always had a way to and from games safely so he could do what he was passionate about which has lead him here. This is also why Monty is going to be opening up a youth training program in the next year or two, completely free to underprivilaged kids who just have a dream and nothing more than a dream. He believes that growing the community and building them up instead of knocking them down is so important to have and builds a lot of positive experiences for everyone involved. Those parents that work damn hard but can't provide anything 'extra' for their kids but you know damn well they would give everything just to see them achieve their dreams is something that Monty wants to see for everyone and so he's planning to make that happen within as mentioned the next year or two. Really, my player is a good guy and just wants to see everyone be happy, so any way that he can contribute to that and just make the world a bit of a better place, he is always game to do so.

13. Expansion Expansion Expansion! Tell us why you think the league should expand / not expand or include any ideas (in words) for team branding ideas you have or team locations.
Expansion is always a hard topic to discuss because a lot of people hear the word expansion and it's like they suddenly get the urge to be a part of it, because it's something new and something 'fresh' and then everyone wants to be a part of building that 'something new' but sometimes it can really do more harm than good. Looking at the layout of the league, we currently have an even number of teams in both the ISFL and the DSFL, which tells me that should expansion happen, we'd have to add the same amount of teams to each conference (ie, minimum 2 more teams). Looking at the ISFL first, I think the dynamic is pretty clear, you have two teams that pulled away from all of the other competition, while having one team over .500 ball and then 3 teams either at .500 ball or just under. In the ASFL you have one clear team that was competing and then on the other side in the NSFC you have two that just were not competitive. This tells me that with 7 teams already in the mix for each conference, it would be a bit overkill to add an 8th to each category. Really, if two teams finish among the top of the conferences then that is pretty normal, then there is a dog fight to be 'middle of the pack' and then the bottom feeders. The only reason I'd really expand is because I prefer 'even number' teams so 8 per vs 7 per just seems more... OCD appealing to me haha. The DSFL I think could absolutely use expansion, even if it just means experience for players while they wait to get called up. Currently, if you look at the standings it's similar to the ISFL just less teams. One main team pulling away from the pack, 1 team slightly behind them but still 'in the middle' with the 3rd place team, and then a clear 'bottom feeder' team. I wouldn't think expansion would be needed for any other reason other than to offer more playing opportunities for positions that are maybe too full in the ISFL which would then allow people to still play and enjoy the league while waiting to get called up to a potential team with an opening.
