For Leo the glory days go all the while back when Master Splinter was first teaching him and his brothers how to master the martial arts. Of course this was the groundwork to learning the skills and discipline that have allowed Leonardo to become a beast on the field. But it was the simple days of hard training from dusk to dawn with his brothers that really stand out as the glory days to him. Despite winning some championships and appearing in 4 of them, it is a picture of Leo with his family that really brings back the glory days to his mind. He starts to have flashbacks to the first time he was able to break the wood blocks and complete his first backflip. All the hard work and the finally succeeding. It was also one of the last times that the entire McTurtle crew were together before they have all gone off and started their football careers. It will always be a special moment.
