The Silverbacks have cultivated an encouraging, family environment to build up our locker room. We rely on a shared stereo system and aux cord, playing poker before games, and having a nintendo switch for competitive smash and mario kart games. All of these things attribute to a positive and upbeat locker room. Some of the things that Frank brings is his laptop for the music/playlists, notebooks of tendencies to study on the other teams defense, and a yoga mat to stay loose and limber before the game. I would say one of the biggest contributors to the locker room is starting quarterback Blaine Falco. He brings in two huge jugs of a sports drink concoction before each game that contains pre-workout, gamefuel, and water. Not only that, Blaine Falco is the ultimate motivational speaker on the team and his passion for the game shines in his pre-game speeches that puts to shame any pump up song.

Well, I don't agree with the statement that a locker room is a key part. Our locker room is an incredible one in Hawaii and we are probably the worst team in the league. Our locker room is so good that we are one of the few ISFL teams in the league that allows people from other teams to join in our locker room and hang out. Our wonderful coaches and GM's are building something great here in Hawaii, and soon here, possibly in the next couple of seasons, we should be looking at going for that title. Getting back to the deets, despite all of the losses we have experienced our Locker Room remains hyped up every single game day, we have an almost weekly survivor game, and we have possibly the best Locker Room in the league. Well, probably the best locker room in the league that I've been in outside of Minnesota.
Thank you Dangerson
There is no locker room. Well, there are locker rooms, I was a member of the public school system in America. But in terms of ISFL locker rooms, there is nothing like New Orleans. From the top down, it has been built. Think about it, they started with the walls and ceiling, and now, we have the best LR in the ISFL. We are a dootball team. We make it so that every player knows that they're a part of something great. We have daily dinners, and my personal favorite, Second Line band practice. We performed at local organizations all throughout the season, which is why we have not been undefeated. We're too good of people as a group. Of course Jack Sloth is gonna miss easy field goals when he has been up all night practicing the French horn in the courtyard of the children's hospital. We may be dots, but we're still humans.

I do not know if other locker rooms for other teams do this, but in the Minnesota Grey Ducks' locker room, we have a bot that gives us some questions of the day. That usually sparks some sort of discussion each and every day that keeps us active and lively. For example, today the bot asked "What improved your quality of life so much, you wish you did it sooner?" This prompt sparked a limited discussion of illegal streams and instapot/ricecookers, but other prompts, such as, "What music do you put on when you get pumped?" Sparked a much longer and more involved discussion about various styles tastes and artists. Other than our General Managers, amk and Chicken Lips, I would say some of our most active contributors are Daniel, Jrose, myself, and Rambling Quack, also known as Star GT on discord. There are often a couple of others that pop in, but having a bot giving us daily questions and the few of us that frequently answer them keeps the locker room going even when it naturally is a little quieter.
The Arizona locker room is a diverse place in terms of backgrounds, experience and approach to life in general, so it's no small feat getting the players on the same page in terms of strategy and motivation. Fortunately, GM Lemonoppy has instituted several key activities that bring the team together. Firstly, there's the weekly Dungeons and Dragons Adventurers League, where the team splits off into different groups of adventurers in a 'living world' style campaign, working towards a common goal. This has proven surprisingly popular even in the post-Covid era, and several players on the team have become legendary for their superb roleplaying skills (especially Winters), to the point where they've been invited to special celebrity adventures. Secondly, there is a weekly escape room activity, where several rooms in the clubhouse basement are redesigned according to a theme chosen by the fans (within reason, of course), and the players have to work together to find their way out. There are a couple of other budding initiatives, including a latte art class and possibly even croquet if Bertie can stop reliving the trauma from his childhood.
