One thing that I would love to see added to this league is a more meaningful late round draft. For instance, as it stands, the draft is often considered depleted after the first 2-3 rounds and we lack any excitement, or even hope, that those late round picks will make an impact. Now, I do recognize that we've received suggestions, but for the most part they have been unfair or unrealistic. I'm unsure as of yet how to successfully implement a system which will allow those late rounders to become diamonds in the rough, but it is definitely something worth continued consideration.

I want to remove members that aren't committed to their league jobs from their positions. This spurred on my oversight of jobs that needed organizing this past off-season. There were individuals who were rarely available, ignored heads when they were, and contributed next to nothing, yet were being paid just as much as someone that did the job to all of its specifications. We have too many people that want to make money and become contributing members of the community to allow dead weight to hog positions. This is also why I suggested that job heads create their goals at the beginning of the season and report their successes at the end. It will help keep you organized and weed out people that do not fulfill their ends.
