1 year ago on July 19th, 2023 at 4:33 pm central time I created a player by the name of Zenzizenzizenzic Xystarch which was the player I had created for a little thing called MLR aka Fake Baseball. Fake Baseball was my first taste of what it was like to create and become a character in a fake world and I enjoyed every second of it. However, the fake baseball league replaced one of my favorite features and ruined my fun for the league. I became more and more inactive and after being asked if I wanted to be traded, to which I replied no, I was dropped and quickly retired soon after. But the fun that I had in that league was grounded in human interaction which by the time I left, felt like it lacked. Then I saw a recruitment post on reddit and after scrolling past it multiple times, I finally pressed the button to create a character.
It was overwhelming I’m not going to lie but I got through it and finally created my fake baseball character in the ISFL. However, 10 minutes after I posted my player, Zoot sent me the following message
So I retired.
No, no. So then I had to think about where I wanted to go from there. I knew I wanted an annoying and hard to pronounce name but still wanted it to be similar to what I had before and ultimately decided on Zenzeroni Xystarch II... And that’s when a legend was born. Here I am a year from now still unfortunately dragging my feet through painful season after painful season. But you are probably thinking that this “ode to the biggest failure” is all about me but you would be mistaken. I am the hero in this journey and along the way, I have faced many villains. From the Clown Car Four to the Nauseating Nine. To the evil media Queen Baron1898 and now to the Weekly Mirror I have faced trouble my entire career but it is time to dig into my biggest adversary to date. It is time to make an ode to the biggest failure in the ISFL. It is time to talk about the legacy (or lack thereof) of Jreed12.
Jreed12 is similar to me in a number of ways. We post a lot. We “Yap” a lot and for reference our posts per day are nearly identical I am at 1.64 and Jreed12 is at 1.61. Impressive considering how long we have been around. But here’s the biggest limiting factor for Jreed12: Transparency. Not lack of transparency but transparency itself. Being able to see right through every ruse he tries to plan. He is a true villain laying out his diabolical plans long enough so that the hero can swoop in and save the day. And here I am. Saving the day once more. You see, I will come out of nowhere and drop a bomb (see the Case Against the Weakly Mirror or Clown Car Four or almost any other media I put out). But I will also complement that with scheduled programming (see The Book of Zen or Zen Thoughts) being unpredictable is important in this game of football but also this game that Jreed and I play called media. Media is a thankless job unless your Baron who does thank us media writers while getting tons of backlash from us at the same time (see my four part series dragging her name through the mud after not winning a Gemini). I don’t do media for any of you people foolish enough to read one of my posts I do the media because I enjoy writing the media and I am here to tell a story. As the Ghoul would say “I do this shit for the love of the game”. Some of us, are not the same. Some media writers are in it for the glory, some media writers are in it for the fame, and some media writers are only in it for the money. Isn’t that right JGreed?
You see Jreed, your entrance to the league on November 16th showed the beginnings of Greed and a lust for power. Seasoned readers of mine will have had flashbacks at this point to another one of my media series, one that was just beginning as you were getting your feet wet in this league we call the ISFL. You love to talk about how you are a two time Gemini Award Winner and this series won me one for myself. The truth is Jreed you aren’t some special user that was dug up. You aren’t some new shiny diamond. You are yesterday’s trash. We’ve seen your type before. I won’t pretend to be that diamond because I’m not. Baron1898 is that diamond in the rough. I came along next taking the mantle away from her as the gold but you? You are just fools gold thinking you are something special.
And yet here you were within two weeks of joining the league already trying to scam the league for TPE
Luckily our weekly updaters caught you but you would try and get past extra TPE on them two more times and fail both times. That power, that feeling of wanting to be on top was always there because you were already living in someone’s shadow even before me weren’t you Jreed12? You hadn’t come here on your own to build your own legacy like I had. This wasn’t your first choice or first idea. You were RECRUITED. Now don’t get me wrong recruitment is crucial to this league but Jreed you can’t be all high and mighty thinking you deserve anything that comes your way when you didn’t even find this place on your own. To be honest, with all of the recruits that @amjohnson636 brought in it was hard to keep track of which one you were. You were just a number to me. And by the time I heard about you, I was already the number 1 media writer in the league. That isn’t up for debate that’s just a fact. I won best new author something that you never did. Like I said previously, that doesn’t mean much to me because I do this shit for the love of the game but I KNOW it means something to YOU. You crave attention. You crave everything Baron did all those years ago. You are a clone of her. You are a clone of me. And that is why you will NEVER be more than a number. More than a shadow. More than a spec of dust in the ISFL landscape because no matter what you do there is ALWAYS someone else there to beat you.
You know all about living in someone’s shadow don’t you D’Jasper Probincrux IV?
Being the fourth of your name is a tall task as the second of his name I know that all too well. So why would you build your player around this tall task? The answer is because you knew you would never be able to live up to the expectations asked of you and by setting the bar low any success would be magnified. It’s like winning a division 3 trophy. Sure you won and it should be celebrated but it isn’t division 2 or 1. You aren’t the BEST. You’ve changed the criteria of what it means to have your player be celebrated to avoid the truth about how bad that player really is.
This unwavering dedication can clearly be demonstrated by the lack of TPE earning in season 45 only mustering the media writing capabilities to write two of the five point tasks for the season. What happened to that unwavering dedication Pronbincrux? Empty guarantees and broken promises are Jreed’s M.O. He will do anything to gaslight gatekeep girl boss to get his way. The thing is Jreed, unlike you, I do my research. I went through 100 plus pages of Baron’s deepest darkest secrets so if you think anything you’ve said in the past is tucked away and safe you are soooooooooooooo wrong.
I think we have talked about off the field failures for long enough so let’s shift to the football field shall we? Everyone knows about my short comings if anything I’m more vocal about it than anyone else. It is well documented how terrible I have been for the past four years but nobody talks about YOUR shortcomings.
First of all, Jreed12 is noticeably LATE for games or just doesn’t care, or both! The Prospect Bowl is where iron meets stone or whatever the saying goes. It is a chance to prove to scouts that you’ve got the move like jagger sorry I mean the moves to make a difference. Agility, strength, and TIMELINESS will all be tested in the Prospect Bowl in a first chance to show the league what you are made of. But when it came time for the games to start. Jreed was still sitting at home not a care in the world. Is that the guy you want on your team? The guy that shows up when HE feels like it? Jreed is not a team player as shown not only on the field but also off the field in his media ventures. But that is a discussion for a later date because I said we would talk about football and yet there is no football to talk about because our football player is not playing football!
Probincrux wouldn’t just miss the first week of the Prospect Bowl he would go on to miss the first THREE WEEKS of crucial showcase time. Dragging his feet Probincrux decided to finally show up to the field and was placed on the Colonels likely so that they could whip him into shape as quickly as they could. Unfortunately for them, Probincrux was in no mood for playing football. Despite showing up to the field on time for once Probincrux only recorded 1 tackle. It was a tackle for loss so I will give him that but 1 tackle is a disappointing start when you are playing against a bunch of rookies that are far worse than what you will be facing in the big leagues.
But it seemed like Probincrux found something within himself and that thing was anger. Why wasn’t he getting all the tackles for himself? Why was everyone so much better than him? This fueled him to a 12 tackle 1 sack performance that would ultimately give the Colonels a win. He stepped back in game number 3 with only 3 tackles but did have a sack en-route to another win. It seemed he had all of the capabilities to be a successful player but could he be consistent enough to truly make an impact? According to the Dallas Birddogs the answer was YES. As they would go on to select him with the 6th overall pick in the season 46 DSFL draft. He seemed to be a good pick for Dallas as they would go on to have a 10-4 season and Probincrux would have an above average season securing himself a first team all pro in his first season in the league. But everything wasn’t as it seemed in regard to Probincrux. Besides activity checks, he was NOT max earning only completing one PT Task which gives us an interesting insight into the head of Probincrux by the end of the season.
His team had gone 10-4 but faced the giant that was Tijuana. Little could be done to compete with them but it was in this game that for me, I had seen everything I needed to see in order to know what type of player Probincrux was. Probincrux is a player who will crumble under pressure and hide behind the biggest target as soon as he has an opportunity to do so. We’ve seen him do it with his dad, we’ve seen him do it in the prospect bowl, and now we see it in the playoffs where en-route to a slaughtering, Probincrux went back to his week 1 prospect bowl performance and recorded 1 tackle and 1 sack. In the biggest game of his life, he made sure to make a splash and then get the hell out of the way so that he wouldn’t get the backlash that he knew was coming. But here I am Probincrux. Here I am to reveal to everyone what you have been doing. And your PT task? Your PT task further illustrates the point. He wanted to stay in the DSFL another year and become the sack leader. Nothing about staying down another year to help his team, it was ALL about himself and how HE was going to get the most sacks, HE was going to win them games, HE was going to be THE guy. He wanted to stay down in the DSFL to pad his stats because he knew that he wasn’t cut out for the big leagues but the big leagues were calling.
Besides the miserable playoff game he had made a solid impact and there was no doubt he would get drafted. The problem was unlike the DSFL where they had such little information to base Probincrux’s character off of, the ISFL teams had learned a lot more throughout the DSFL season and when it came to the ISFL teams wanted a team player. Probincrux didn’t appear to fit that mold. In a fairly weak season 46 ISFL draft Probincrux was drafted all the way back in round 2 pick 21. For reference, there were only 40 picks in the draft. For further reference, Zenzeroni Xystarch II a KICKER was picked 23rd overall in a much deeper draft that had nearly 20 more picks than in season 46. It seemed that Probincrux was an afterthought. He was the third of four defensive linemen to go off the board and it was clear to everyone that he was just not fit to make a big impact in the ISFL. Even his agent knew this. Jreed12 when selecting first rounders for the upcoming draft didn’t even bother putting him on the ballot. Usually, I would say this is collusion but honestly, it was painfully obvious. Even he couldn’t bring Probincrux to the promise land because he was just that bad. He was just that big of a failure. Berlin, the team that drafted him, were desperate though, and had no choice but to pick him up. Taking in water on all sides Berlin was going to be rebuilding.
This must have been the worst case scenario for Probincrux. His lack of effort had finally caught up to him and he was now on a team that was doing the same thing he had done in the Prospect Bowl and DSFL. They didn’t care. As much as he says he cares all he wants is everything handed to him on a silver platter. But this is the real world and Probincrux was woefully underprepared. Probincrux continues to mention “determiniation”, “personal growth”, commitment to improvement” throughout his offseason task but it never seems to materialize. He’s not a cup half full, he is a cup half empty with the empty cup being filled with promises that he never had a plan on actually keeping.
Probincrux agrees to the league minimum a respectful move that was more likely than not forced on him by the team given no other team will have needed or wanted a player like him. Being welcomed to the team his agent makes the following remarks
Spoiler alert: None of these things that are said above prove to happen in season 46. The Berlin team was a disaster blowing lead after lead and by mid season had already been eliminated from the playoffs. Probincrux might as well have done what he did in the Prospect Bowl and not even show up. He was one of the worst defensive ends in season 46 and was only saved from complete humiliation by his 3 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveries. Everything else was shameful and isn’t even worth discussing. But what is worth discussing is his agent who had gone off the rails, completely abandoned his client, and attacked one of the most respected players in the ISFL.
Jreed and griis are an inseparable pair as are their players. Anywhere griis goes Jreed is walking behind him trying to catch up because remember Jreed is ALWAYS living in the shadow of someone no matter where he goes or what he does. They had hatched a plan. As agents of rookie defensive linemen they knew the money would NOT be rolling in so they went a different route and formed their own media company called “The Weekly Mirror”. I have ranted about this sham of a media company in many previous posts so much so that I feel it unnecessary to do it again. What is important to know is simply that Jreed stirs up drama any way he can to shift attention and more importantly blame onto anyone besides himself. Whether it be another media company in The DogHouse, another player in Zenzeroni Xystarch II, or anything else the goal has always been to lie cheat, and steal in order to cause as much confusion and drama as possible so that people don’t realize how bad Probincrux really is. And it has worked. I have seen not one mention of said player and I don’t think many even know he exists and Jreed has done this because living in the shadows is what he does. He knows if people knew the truth about the biggest failure in the ISFL his career would be ruined but the problem is his career is already ruined.
We see legitimate trouble in the midst of his rookie season in the ISFL. As Jreed was causing trouble and stirring drama that would only hurt him in the end off the field, Probincrux was following in his footsteps. As mentioned earlier his rookie season was a disaster but part of that may have been due to his vocalization on bringing down HO. Probincrux would join a coalition that would fight HO’s policies of making them worse as they age which likely distracted him from on the field activities and in the end this coalition disintegrated and fell apart just like Probincrux’s playoff and sack leader hopes. Every step forward was two steps back for Jreed and Probincrux. Every success was met with two failures and Probincrux had devolved the team into chaos but don’t trust me to say such a thing, hear it from the horse’s mouth
With the arrival of Probincrux the team that had once been a well oiled machine completely fell apart at the seams. The cherry on top of all of this is that we now know why Dallas was so bad last season in the playoffs. It wasn’t because of Tijuana’s high powered offense it was actually because of of Probincrux’s attitude toward his team. The biggest failure in the ISFL brought his team down with him crashing out of the first round of the playoffs. Then in the first season of the ISFL he brought his team down to their worst record in five seasons. Free of the troublesome character that was Probincrux, Dallas would go on to win the Ultimini and shock the world in the process. It turned out the biggest failure in the ISFL was the reason for their downfall just one season ago. And it was his hubris, his belief, his delusion of thinking he could play in the ISFL that hurt his professional team while allowing his former team to thrive.
Jreed is a two faced liar who will flip sides and backstab at a seconds notice. This goes beyond his mirror escapades and even beyond Probincrux’s on the field failures. Remember his on the field goal of having the most sacks in the dsfl (a goal he would fail twofold)? Well he also had an off the field goal:
This is that same man:
Broken promise after broken promise. Failure after failure. Where will it end? It seemed it would end following his rookie season. His enemies had drawn closer and closer bonding into a team that culminated in the hero that was lock180 who would publish a devastating article titled “The Case Against the WEAKLY Mirror”. On March 4th 2024 Jreed commented “Lies! Slander! This is but the beginning of the end for you Zenzeroni………….” and yet Jreed’s obsession with Zenzeroni had reached its breaking point and Jreed would be locked away for stalking and a multitude of other crimes. So it seemed that the Jreed problem had finally been solved. His warning to Zenzeroni falling on deaf ears. The biggest failure in the ISFL striking once more.
But the little rat wasn’t done with tripping down staircases just yet. He would continue to ostracize his own team stating:
Keep in mind this is the team that drafted HIM to do EXACTLY WHAT HE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT. It is unbelievable the delusion and ignorance of this man at this moment. Instead of doing something about that for himself, he pushes it off for other people to do “not my job” he says despite being signed to the team to do that exact thing. But he must not have received the memo or the job description because Probincrux was practically a complete no show on the field for season 47. If you put a scarecrow out there it might have done better than him on the defensive line. Probincrux had a total of 13 tackles in season 47. That’s right. 13 TOTAL TACKLES. That is less than a tackle a game and he isn’t afraid to admit it:
Don’t worry Probincrux the world knows how bad you are no need to hide it from Dewalt. This may be one of the worst performances by a player in their second season I have ever seen (no need to look at my second season stats). The disaster class that was Jreed/Probincrux continued in season 47 as in the background of everything on the field off the field Jreed was getting wilder and wilder and eventually thrown back in jail for a multitude of charges:
You see, for all the success the Weekly Mirror brought Jreed it brought him 10 times more enemies and when it was all said and done, it was just another failure in the long list of failures orchestrated by Jreed12.
We have painstakingly made it through the first two seasons of Probincrux’s ISFL career but it is time to talk about his third and best season. He wouldn’t shatter any records by any means and his team was still terrible but he put up his best numbers to date. While tackles still seemed to evade Probincrux, his ability to knock the ball loose and sack the quarterback was mildly impressive as he registered 3 forced fumbles and 10 sacks on the season but we are getting ahead of ourselves because one season ago Probincrux was quite possibly the worst defensive linemen in the league and yet at the beginning of season 48 he was elected defensive team captain.
How in the world did that happen? Well, I have unveiled a scheme that goes deeper than I originally thought. A little bit ago I stumbled upon a shocking revelation that being that Jreed is a multi who had been voicing the opinion of one JKortes ever since he had joined the league. Having accomplished everything JKortes wanted to start anew with a brand new account so as not to tarnish his lasting legacy as JKortes. But the hole goes deeper because I have realized that all of Jreed’s close interactions and friendships have been made with users that have the letter “j” at the beginning. JKortes gave Jreed double media but there are other users that Jreed is close with as well. My hunch grew when Jreed switched up on his stance on financial literacy deciding that instead of being responsible with his money and putting it in the bank run by Raven, he threw his money away with none other than Jdc. I was surprised at the correlation but the nail in the coffin emerged in season 48. Jreed surprised me that he would have his player named defensive captain but the offensive captain for the Berlin Fire Salamanders in season 48 was offensive lineman Klaus Von Reinherz who is represented by another user with a “J” as their first letter Mr. JOEB.
@jreed12
@JKortesi81
@jdc4654
@J0EB
This one user had created four separate accounts to try and be successful in even just one of them. He wanted a monopoly on the ISFL getting positions in every area of the league so that he could overthrow the HO and become a dictator making his own rules so that he could finally come out of the shadows and show himself for what he truly was.
Jreed made his return to media with the media series “Redemption Road” which is the Weekly Mirror in everything apart from the name. Still lying and stirring up drama like he always does but not doing so as influentially as he had previously and that is because the Weekly Mirror hadn’t just been a failure for him, it had been a disaster. He had mistakenly given majority control over to a third party that eventually became the 100% owner who started dishing out ultimatums, firing Jreed’s previous staff, and causing chaos Jreed could have only dreamed of making. With this in mind, Jreed begged and begged to have The Weekly Mirror back but he even failed at that too.
And now we go back to the very beginning. One of the rookie tasks is to create a wiki for your player and Jreed did that and yet....he gets nothing for it. Not even the league knows his player exists. The shadow that is D'Jasper Probincrux IV continues to this day as I checked mere minutes ago and the world still has no idea this man exists. Even with this media coming out people will still be confused because Jreed and Probincrux have failed at every corner. If you suck you will be remembered forever (hi). If you are amazing you will be remembered forever. But if you are someone living in someone else's shadow that makes no attempt to differentiate from someone else? You're a failure.
Jreed claims that season 50 will be his year and Berlin will win an Ultimus. Oh how I wish pigs could fly too Jreed.
So why go to all this effort to attack another user? There is meaning behind this because this is a cautionary tale to all those new rookies out there lurking and waiting for season 50 and their chance at the ISFL. Be sure to be humble, know your weaknesses, and be a team player, but be yourself and act honestly. Don’t be like Jreed a transparent evil fool who lies, cheats, creates unnecessary drama, breaks promises, and doesn’t put the proper work in to make all of his negatives okay to put up with. Jreed12 became the biggest failure in ISFL history in just 3 seasons and if none of these words convinced you, maybe this will:
I have one achievement for Jreed to add to his empty trophy case: The Biggest Failure in ISFL History.
Thanks for reading,
The best user in the ISFL,
lock180
and to think, all of this could have been avoided had Zoot just let me use my original name. 1 year later here I am as a ranting maniac nowhere close to what I envisioned for my original persona.....
*Love you Jreed <3
It was overwhelming I’m not going to lie but I got through it and finally created my fake baseball character in the ISFL. However, 10 minutes after I posted my player, Zoot sent me the following message
Quote:Hello @lock180 , your player name cannot be longer than 22 characters, so if you would kindly let us know what you would like to change it to we can get your player approved!
So I retired.

Quote:His exceptional speed and tenacity, honed in the DSFL on the Dallas Bird Dogs, position him as a potential game-changer for the Fire Salamanders' defense. The rookie season becomes a proving ground, where D'Jasper aims to silence his doubters, validate the team's bold decision to call him up, and establish himself as a force to be reckoned with in the ISFL. The pressure is palpable, but so is the potential for a standout debut that could set the tone for a remarkable career
Quote:Rookie defensive end D'Jasper Probincrux IV, while putting up decent individual stats, has found himself amid the chaos of a Fire Salamanders team grappling with a myriad of issues. The lack of a cohesive identity has been a glaring problem for the Fire Salamanders. The quarterback position has been a revolving door for the Fire Salamanders, and with no real run game to speak of in our scheme, this has led to some woefully low scoring games. The mid-season switch only added to the team's instability, making it challenging for players to build chemistry and find rhythm on the field. The team's current record of 4 wins and 9 losses means it is time to sell. With playoff hopes dwindling, the Fire Salamanders have had to make tough decisions to salvage something from this challenging year. One such move involved trading away key assets to accumulate valuable draft capital. We’ll get you stinky Otters next year, mark my words
Quote:Complete a Financial Literacy Course: Learning from his father's financial setbacks, D'Jasper is committed to securing a stable financial future. After losing $250,000 this year due to irresponsible gambling, he has had a bit of an awakening. As part of his off-field goals, he plans to complete a comprehensive financial literacy course. Empowering himself with financial knowledge will not only protect his hard-earned success but also serve as an example for others in the league and beyond. D'Jasper seeks to break the cycle of financial hardships that affected his family and create a legacy of financial responsibility.
This is that same man:
Quote:D'Jasper Probincrux IV would quickly find his niche with a groundbreaking partnership with JDC, the Head of the Casinos, and his glorious Sportsbook. Probincrux, as the face of JDC's Casino, would engage in advertising campaigns that showcase the excitement, rush, and rewards of gambling. This could involve commercials featuring him enjoying the casino's many generous offerings, emphasizing the entertainment aspect and the ability for any ISFL player to win big
Quote:A team I expect to be stuck near the bottom for another season is sadly my Fire Salamanders…..Right now, our defense had the lowest sack rate and lowest interceptions rate this past season, so this is a sign we need to bolster both our pass rush and our secondary
Quote:Well, we are a$$. Unfortunately, my player and the Fire Salamanders as a whole have been doing pretty rough….my player is having an incredible sophomore slump. Don't tell Dewalt, but if you analyze my statistics, I have about a third the productivity at this point through the season last year. 4 missed tackles already, when last season in total I missed one?
Don’t worry Probincrux the world knows how bad you are no need to hide it from Dewalt. This may be one of the worst performances by a player in their second season I have ever seen (no need to look at my second season stats). The disaster class that was Jreed/Probincrux continued in season 47 as in the background of everything on the field off the field Jreed was getting wilder and wilder and eventually thrown back in jail for a multitude of charges:
Quote:Jreed is planning to turn himself in to the feds after pleading guilty to yap-napping HON TE Tyler Higbee II, and forcing him to write media in a dungeon for weeks on end. The Weekly Mirror is appalled by this behavior and certainly never would condone it. Furthermore, Jreed plans to plead guilty to attempting to stage a coup on the Portland Pythons, extorting BER GMs Dewalt and Gadget, embezzlement of ISFL cash funds, attempted fraudulent purchase of the Prospect Bowl, as well as dozens of counts of conduct detrimental to the league
JOEB.
@jreed12
@JKortesi81
@jdc4654
@J0EB
Howdy! I am responsible for quite possibly the greatest kicker to ever grace the ISFL and am the most accomplished media writer the ISFL has ever seen (no need to ask anyone else regarding either of those claims)
